STREAM was tasked with creating all the visual collateral for the leasing campaign of 29-43 Balfour Street, Chippendale. Located in one of the most gentrifying suburbs in Sydney, it's where tech, education and creative industries come together. With this in mind, we took inspiration from Brooklyn and East London when creating the branding, while highlighting in the video the work-life balance this location offers.
