A marketing campaign for a commercial location in the often overlooked area of Ultimo, that primarily focuses on attracting creative and educational tenants. The creation of the positioning statement ‘The Smart Place to Be’ not only gave a sense of context, but also served as a driving inspiration for the entire campaign.
