We developed the marketing campaign for a commercial building located in the vibrant creative hub of Surry Hills. The campaign centred on the community, incorporating insights from interviews with local business owners. Drawing on the building's unique blend of heritage and its new extension, we crafted the positioning statement, ‘Designed for Success, Designed for Growth.’ This statement not only reflected the building's context, but also became the guiding inspiration for the campaign as a whole.
