The Woolstore at 100–130 Harris Street Pyrmont Sydney – heritage brick warehouse redevelopment by Wentworth Capital, Assembly Capital, Karbon Commercial and CBRE.

Stream created the marketing campaign for Pyrmont landmark and creative hub, The Woolstore at 100 Harris. We weaved the building’s incredible history and evolution into the IMs, EDMs, video, LinkedIn posts and more to create captivating assets. To help tell the story and bring a human-interest angle to this property, we interviewed local business owners and workers, and architects involved in the refurbishment work. And we took dynamic photographs to help paint the picture of how original, heritage features are celebrated through the lens of modern-day architecture and design.
